Hello Owners,

Welcome to the Association's Website. The Goal of the Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort Condominium Association is to provide leadership that will effectively ensure the safety and enjoyment of the Resort for owners and resort guests. We also strive to provide peace of mind for all owners of the Hawaiian Inn while maintaining the Resort and property values. We encourage our Owners to visit the site regularly and provide us with any recommendations that will help improve it. (Bear with us as we venture down this new path together!)


If you have maintenance questions or concerns, please click on the MAINTENANCE REQUEST TAB, fill out a request form and submit your request in writing. This option allows you to attach pictures to clarify your maintenance issue, if you choose. This also allows for tracking of reported issues to ensure completion and closure.
